EMAX United AS is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with membership in EMAX United. You can exercise your rights or ask questions by contacting EMAX United.

2. What Personal Data We Process
We may process the following personal data:
- Name
- Contact information (email, phone)
- Membership status and membership level
- Payment information (not card numbers)
- Use of membership agreements and benefits
- Communication with EMAX United

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Administration of membership and delivery of membership benefits
- Access to and use of membership agreements
- Sharing of necessary information with partners who offer membership benefits
- Invoicing, payment and debt collection
- Control and prevention of misuse and default
- Distribution of relevant information, newsletters and marketing material
- Analysis and further development of EMAX United's services
- Fulfillment of legal obligations
4. Sharing of Personal Data
We may share necessary personal data with:
- Partners who offer membership agreements and benefits

Upon registration, the member accepts that EMAX United may send information, newsletters and marketing material related to the membership and relevant services.
The member may at any time opt out of such communication via the unsubscribe link or by contacting EMAX United.
7. Storage and Deletion
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary for the purpose of the processing, and thereafter in accordance with:
- Statutory requirements (accounting, bookkeeping)
- Need for documentation in case of dispute or default
Data is deleted or anonymized when the purpose no longer exists.

EMAX United uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
9. Your Rights
The member has the right to:
- Access their own personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion where conditions are met

Complaints may be directed to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
10. Changes

11. Structural Changes
In the event of a merger, sale or other reorganization, personal data may be transferred as part of the business, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
