Congratulations on your growth! Contact us when you approach 10 employees and we'll work with you on a custom enterprise plan that scales with your business. We have solutions for larger teams too.

What is EMAX United?

EMAX United is a professional membership community for offshore freelancers, consultants and small technical businesses. We bring the industry together to secure better agreements, reduce costs and build a stronger professional support structure.

Who is the membership designed for?

The membership is designed for self-employed professionals, offshore consultants, technical specialists and small project or staffing companies.

If you purchase training, insurance, travel, workwear or advisory services during the year, membership will typically generate value.

Membership runs for 12 months and renews automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the membership terms.

How much can I realistically save?

With a low monthly fee, the membership is structured so that offshore consultants will typically achieve savings that exceed the annual membership cost several times over.

A single training update, an insurance agreement or a few business trips during the year can alone have a meaningful financial impact. For active members, the overall value will often be significantly higher than the membership fee.

How much does membership cost and how do I pay?

Membership is structured as an annual fee.

You may choose between monthly card payment or annual invoice (paid upfront). Both options provide the same access and rights.

What payment options are available?

You may choose between two payment options:

Monthly credit card payment via Stripe

Annual invoice (12 months prepaid)

Both options provide the same membership rights and access to the member portal. Stripe is used as the secure payment provider for card transactions.

Does EMAX United deliver the services directly?

Yes – partly.

EMAX United provides its own services, including advisory support, career guidance, industry insight and business development assistance.

In addition, we provide access to negotiated agreements where the services themselves are delivered by independent professional partners operating under their own terms. EMAX United structures and manages these partnerships to ensure quality and relevance.

This means members benefit from both direct support from EMAX United and access to a broader professional network.

Are membership benefits personal?

Yes. Membership benefits are linked to an active membership and must be used in accordance with the respective agreements.

This ensures fairness and sustainability for the entire community.
